We are delighted that you have chosen to purchase one of our unique works of art. However, we understand that sometimes questions or issues arise with a purchase. For this reason, we have created a clear and transparent refund policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your shopping experience.
1. Return and Refund Period
We offer a 15 day money back guarantee from the date of delivery of the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full or partial refund by following the conditions below.
2. Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet one of the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Product: If your print arrived damaged or has obvious defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask you to provide a photo of the damage or defect and offer a full refund or replacement, your choice.

Incorrect Order: If you received a different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately, within 7 days of receipt, to initiate the refund or replacement process.
3. Product return
If your refund is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your product. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or not as ordered. It is important that your print is returned safely and securely to avoid damage in transit. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method, within a maximum of 15 days.
5. Exclusions
Since our prints are limited edition, refunds will not be given in the event of a purchase error due to the customer making an incorrect product selection (for example, purchasing the wrong size, color, or theme). Additionally, we do not accept returns for products that have been modified, altered, or show signs of use.
